It is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No. 17781 of 2013, dated 24.6.2013 which has been disposed of with the following direction, “For the aforementioned reasons, respondent No. 4 is directed to consider the claims of the petitioners on their making applications in writing for issuance of community certificates. He shall decide the petitioners’ applications based on the material that may be submitted by them. If he is satisfied that the petitioners belong to Bentho Oriya community, he shall issue caste certificates in their favour. In a converse case, he shall pass a speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioners. He shall complete this exercise within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.”
Following the aforesaid judgment, this writ petition is also disposed of with a similar direction to the respondents concerned. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
