BELOW OFFICE NOTE DATED 17.07.2012 By order dated 06.07.2012 notice was issued by this Court making it returnable on 30.07.2012. Thereafter, as the process fees was not paid, the matter was placed before this Court on 12.07.2012 and on that day time was extended to pay the process fees till 16.07.2012.
In spite of the aforesaid orders, process fees is not paid till today. However, in the interest of justice, as a last chance, time to pay process fees is extended till 23.07.2012. However, if the process fees is not paid by that time, the petition shall stand dismissed, without any further reference to the court. Note stands disposed of accordingly.
