JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned State Attorney. No notice is being issued to respondent No.2 in view of the order which is being passed. 2. By this writ petition, the writ petitioners have prayed for a mandamus directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioners pursuant to Ext.P1 complaint. The petitioners have filed a complaint Ext.P1, with regard to which the petitioners' allegation is that they have been called at the police station nine times and they alleged police harassment.
3. Learned State Attorney, after getting instructions, submits that investigation on the complaint is completed and final report is in the process of being filed.
In view of the fact that investigation is being completed, we do not find any ground for police harassment. With this observation, the writ petition is closed.
