The instant petition has been filed seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide the application for temporary injunction filed by the petitioner in Original Suit No. 102/2016, within three months.
Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the application for temporary injunction is pending since the date of institution of the suit. According to him, except one defendant, all the others have appeared in the suit and are contesting the proceedings. It is urged that on account of non-disposal of application for temporary injunction, the petitioner is suffering irreparable loss and injury.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the application for temporary injunction, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments, soon after service on all the defendants is sufficient.
