Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the proceeding in Rc.No.4519/2014-B, dated 10-09-2014, issued by respondent No.2, whereunder the petitioner’s authorization in respect of fair price shop No.12 at Vinukonda Town & Mandal, Guntur District, was suspended without conducting any enquiry.
After arguing the case, Mr.I.Koti Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to file an appeal.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.37652 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
