Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Standing counsel.
The applicant is before this Court against the wilful disobedience of the order dated 18.1.2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 1472 of 2019 (Pati Ram Verma Vs. U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. & 2 others) On the basis of instructions, Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the opposite party has placed a detailed instruction dated 27.9.2019 sent by the opposite party along with the order dated 27.5.2019 passed in compliance of the writ Court's order appending therein the decision so taken by the authority.
The copies are also given to the learned counsel for the applicant by which his claim / representation dated 22.5.2019 has been disposed of.
In the facts and circumstances, the Court is of the opinion that substantial compliance has been ensured in the matter and the cause for filing of the contempt application no more survives.
Consequently, the contempt application is disposed of. Notice if any stands discharged.
This order would not preclude the applicant to agitate his claim, if any, before the appropriate forum.
