------------------- Petitioners have submitted Ext. P3 application for survey and fixation of boundary of the property belonging to the petitioner. The complaint is that the despite the filing of the same no action has been taken to consider the said application and no steps are taken for survey and fixation of boundary.
2. Having regard to the fact that it is a statutory obligation on the part of the respondent authority to comply with such requests, I am of the view that this writ petition can disposed of as under:
(i).The third respondent shall consider Ext.P3 and take necessary proceedings with reference to the same within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this judgment.
(ii).The Tahsildar concerned shall give necessary directions to the second respondent for completing the said proceedings.
