RULE.
Mr. L.R. Poojari, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
The learned advocate for the applicant invited attention of this Court to a certificate issued by Life Care Hospital, dated 17.07.2012.
Taking into consideration the contents of the application, the same is allowed. Temporary bail granted by this Court by order dated 06.07.2012 is extended by 20 days with an understanding that no further extension would be asked for. Rule made absolute. Direct Service is permitted.
