ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Roc.No.1153/2014/G, dated 18.09.2014, of respondent No.4, whereby he has placed the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation under suspension pending enquiry.
I have considered the contents of the suspension order, which prima facie reveal that the allegations on which the order of suspension are made are not frivolous warranting interference.
Therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of suspension.
Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, however, prayed for a direction to respondent No.4 to complete the enquiry and pass a final order.
In the above facts and circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed with the direction to respondent No.4 to complete the enquiry and pass a final order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.37816 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
