The first petitioner (deceased) and second petitioner sold the lands to an extent of Acs.1.00 cents in Survey No.875/2 and Ac.0.72 cents in Survey Nos.875/2B situated in Rayachoty Village and Municipality, Rayachoty Sub-Region, Kadapa District, in favour of the third petitioner. When they approached the first respondent for registration, the document was returned. Therefore, they filed the present Writ Petition for an appropriate mandamus.
This Court while admitting the Writ Petition on 02.11.2009, passed interim order directing the first respondent to receive the document and register and release the same subject to further orders in the Writ Petition.
Counsel for the petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Area) submits that after the interim order passed by this Court, the document presented by the petitioners has been registered. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that there are no objections from any quarter. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the interim order. There shall be no order as to costs.
