JUDGMENT / ORDER

ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondent authorities in stopping the supply of essential commodities in respect of Fair Price Shop at Gosukonda Agraharam Village, Marripudi Mandal, Prakasam District, from the month of July, 2014 without assigning any reason and during the subsistence of authorization, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional, and consequently direct the respondents herein to continue to supply the essential commodities and kerosene quota to the petitioner’s fair price shop as usual.”
In pursuance of the notice issued by the Court, Mr. A. Mallikarjuna, Sub-Collector, Kandukur, is personally present. He has stated that he is not aware of the facts of the case till he has received notice from this Court and that immediately thereafter, he has issued proceedings in RC.F/2732/2014 dated 26.11.2014, restoring the petitioner’s authorization. He has also assured the Court that he will hold a preliminary enquiry, identify the persons who are behind the alleged mischief played against the petitioner in securing her purported resignation and send a report to respondent No.2 for appropriate action.
The above submissions of the Sub-Collector are placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of in view of the above- mentioned proceedings, whereby the petitioner’s authorization has been restored.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.31963 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
