ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the impugned proceedings of the 5th respondent in letter No.417/C1/2014 dated 02.09.2014 in withholding the right of the petitioner Gramapanchayat for conducting fishing rights in public auction for the Epuru Gramapanchayat Minor Irrigation Tank as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and contrary to Rules made under Gramapanchayat Act, 1964 and consequently, by setting aside the impugned proceedings of the 5th respondent dated 02.09.2014 direct respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2014 to conduct public auction of the fishing rights in Raparlavari Tank in Epuru Gramapanchayat and Mandal, Guntur District from the current academic year 2014-15 onwards.”
At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.35019, 41092 & 43483 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
