1. Mr.Abhaykumar P. Shah, learned advocate seeks permission to withdraw both these applications with a liberty to file fresh applications with proper prayers and averments.

2. Permission is accordingly granted. Both these applications are dismissed as withdrawn with above liberty. As and when such fresh applications are filed, the same be considered in accordance with law and on merits. No costs.
