Heard Mr. Pujara, learned advocate for the petitioner, and Mr. Yagnik, learned AGP, for the respondent - State Government.
Upon considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the contesting parties, it appears that the petition deserves consideration. Hence, RULE. After amendment is carried out, process of rule be served to the newly added respondent as well.
Mr. Rohan Yagnik, learned AGP, waives service of notice of rule for the respondent - State Government.
So far as request for interim relief is concerned, the respondents will maintain status-quo as regards service conditions of the petitioner.
Direct service is permitted.
