(Per : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. S.J.MUKHOPADHAYA) The 4th respondent - Central Pollution Control Board is directed to send its team of experts to inspect the premises of 3rd respondent - M/s.Electrotherm (India) Limited about air, water and noise pollution and submit its report before this Court within a month.
The 3rd respondent - industry will bear the cost of inspection. The Central Pollution Control Board will inform about the cost incurred for such inspection.
Post the matter on 17th June 2011.
Let copy of this order be handed over to Mr.P.S.Champaneri, counsel for the 4th respondent for information to the concerned officers of the Central Pollution Control Board, New Delhi.
