JUDGMENT / ORDER

During pendency of the present petition, unfortunately, petitioner No.1-Sushilaben Shankerbhai Patel has expired.
Mr.P.P.Majmudar, learned advocate for the petitioners, places on record communication dated 01.09.2012, addressed by the petitioners, which is taken on record, wherein it has been stated that as the petitioners have decided to get regularized their unauthorized construction by paying necessary impact fees, they do not want to pursue the present petition.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition does not survive. Dismissed as withdrawn. NOTICE discharged.
