The present application is filed by the original claimants for fixing the date of hearing of the group of matters.
Learned counsel, Mr.Gateshaniya for the applicant has stated that the appellant-State has not taken steps for depositing the amount for the paper book and the matter is not being proceeded.
In the circumstances, the present application stands allowed in terms of Para No.8b. First Appeal Nos.653 to 656 & 659 to 662 of 2003 and First Appeal Nos.3385, 3563 & 3564 of 2008 are ordered to be placed for final hearing in the 2nd week of July, 2012 after the papers book is ready. Learned AGP is directed to take necessary steps.
