Since the notice issued to respondent Nos.2 and 3 has not returned back, issue fresh Notice to respondent Nos.2 and 3 returnable on 12.7.2012 with a direction that the appeal would be disposed of finally at the notice stage itself.

To be placed in the admission Board for final disposal.

Over and above the regular service, the appellant is permitted to serve the notice by speed post.
