In this Civil Application, today, for and on behalf of G.I.D.C, learned advocate Shri Rituraj Meena has filed an affidavit-in-reply wherein names of the allottes are reflected as per the record of the G.I.D.C. The plot in question has been alloted to (1) M/s. Bajrang Engineering Industries; (2) M/s. Modern Polymers Industries; and (3) Girishkumar Nikulbhai Patel by way of an Offer-cum-Allotment Letter dated 23rd February 2012.
This Civil Application has been preferred to add as respondents nos. 5 to 8 - Shri Patel Madhavlal Shankarbhai; Shri Patel Sureshbhai Ishwarbhai Mandali; Shri Patel Atulbhai Kalidas and Shri Patel Ambalal Gandabhai. Learned advocate Shri Abhishek Mehta appears for all the proposed respondents no. 5 to 8 in this Application. However, in wake of details provided by way of an affidavit-in-reply by the G.I.D.C., learned advocate Shri R.C Jani seeks withdrawal of this Civil Application with a liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.
