JUDGMENT / ORDER

Matter is of the year 2003 and has been listed time and again before this Court. Mr. Sunil Shah has filed sick note today. In that view of the matter, as a last chance, matter is adjourned to 26.04.2012. It is made clear that if Mr. Shah is not in a position to appear on the next date of hearing, he shall make alternate arrangement failing which matter shall be proceeded exparte.
