Heard Mr. Majmudar, learned advocate for the petitioners.
Mr.
Majmudar has submitted that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw present petition as the petitioners intend to pursue the representations made by them. He also requested for appropriate observations requiring the respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioners. With such request, learned advocate for the petitioners requested for permission to withdraw the petition.
It is noticed that the petitioners herein have made representations dated 12.7.2011 and 3.4.2012. It is submitted that the said representations have not received necessary attention from the respondent's Competent Authority. Therefore, the petition is disposed of with the observation that the respondent Bank would consider the representations made by the petitioners and may take necessary and appropriate decision and convey the same to the petitioners.
With the aforesaid clarification and direction, present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
