JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present Civil Application has been filed by the Applicants for condonation of delay of 384 days in filing the aforesaid First Appeal on the grounds stated in the Application inter alia that there was some communication gap with the briefing Advocate. He has stated that the Applicants are poor and not able to manage the resources, which has consumed the time.
Heard learned Advocate Mr. Shailesh C.Sharma for the Applicant and learned Advocate Mr. Zubin F. Bharda for the Respondent.
In view of the grounds mentioned, sufficient cause is made out. The Hon'ble Apex Court in catena of judicial pronouncements has laid down as to what would constitute 'sufficient cause' and has also laid down the guidelines with regard to the approach in such matters of condonation of delay.
Therefore, as sufficient cause is made out, the present Civil Application deserves to be allowed and accordingly stands allowed. Delay is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
