Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the issues in present petition are interconnected with the issues involved in Special Civil Application No.9766 of 2009.

Actually, the petitioner in present petition has been impleaded as one of the respondents in Special Civil Application No.9766 of 2009, pursuant to Civil Application preferred in said petition, by present petitioner. Therefore, office is directed to list Special Civil Application No.802 of 2011 along with Special Civil Application No.9766 of 2009.
