Champavat, learned advocate for the petitioner, has submitted that after the petition was filed, the petitioner has been served with termination order. He also submitted that since present petition only challenges the show-cause notice, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw present petition at this stage with liberty to file fresh petition challenging the termination order and the show-cause notice.

The permission, as sought for, is granted.

The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with above mentioned liberty.
