Patel vs Chaturji

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) Learned counsel for the appellants has urged that there are circulars issued by the State Government which regularise the illegal sale of new tenure land. Learned counsel for the appellants shall file the aforesaid circulars by way of additional affidavit and shall clearly be stated whether the circulars are still operative or it has been superseded. It shall also be clearly stated in the affidavit that at the relevant time the appellants has claimed the benefit of the circulars or not.
