Present application has been preferred by the applicant herein - original appellant / plaintiff for an appropriate order to issue fresh notice upon the respondent Nos.1 and 2 at the fresh address mentioned in para 4 of the present application.
Having heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the applicant and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, present application is allowed and Registry is directed to amend the cause title by amending address of respondent Nos.1 and 2 as mentioned in para 4 of the present application and to issue FRESH NOTICE of admission of of Second Appeal No.91 of 2007 upon the respondent Nos.1 and 2 at the new address, as mentioned in para 2 of the application, making it returnable on 25/6/2012.
