JUDGMENT / ORDER

In spite of the notice issued, respondent No. 2- original complainant is not present. However, learned advocate Ms. Sneha Joshi has stated that the petitioner and the daughter of the complainant, both are present and they have married and are residing together. The daughter of the complainant and the petitioner who are present in the court have confirmed about their marriage stating that they are residing together.
2. In the facts and circumstances, as respondent No.2 is not present, the following order is passed:
CR.MA/10918/2012 2/2 ORDER RULE. Ad-interim relief in terms of para 8(b) till the final hearing and disposal of this petition. D.S. permitted.
