Learned advocate Mr.Prabhakar Upadyay for the applicant states that office objection as regards supply of the certified copies of some documents and remaining such objections will be removed within a period of two days from today.
On such statement, the order dated 29.10.2012 is recalled. The Second Appeal is restored to file. Office objections be removed by 1st March 2013 failing which the matter shall automatically stand dismissed for default without reference to the Court. The application stands disposed of.
