JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate Mr.Ankit Shah appearing for respondent No.2 seeks time. Ad interim relief is granted staying the impugned judgment and order dated 13.3.2009 in Civil Suit No.73 of 2001. Matter be placed on 2.5.2012 for both the sides to proceed with the same peremptorily. Ad-interim relief granted earlier shall continue till then.
