2. Petitioner states that he is in possession of an extent of Ac.1.20 cents in Sy.No.127 in Nellipudi village, Gangavaram (Agency) Mandal, East Godavari District. Petitioner further states that that Village Revenue Officer issued certificate dated 07.04.2014 confirming the possession of the petitioner and his cultivation of the said land.
While so, at the instance of respondents 3 and 4, it is alleged that the second respondent is trying to dispossess the petitioner without issuing any notice and without passing any orders. Present writ petition is, accordingly, filed alleging unlawful interference.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare, appearing for respondents 1 and 2, has received instructions, which specifically state that neither of respondents 1 and 2 is interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the aforesaid land.
4. In view of the said categorical instructions, therefore, it is apparent that the present writ petition is filed on an apprehension and as such, no further directions are called for in this writ petition.
The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
