On that ground alone, we dismiss the writ petition.
After the above order is passed, the learned Lawyer for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the writ petition.
Therefore, we dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition in accordance with law. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
