Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the impleadment application filed by the petitioner in Original Suit No. 292 of 2015 within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that the application was posted for disposal by the court below on 24.07.2018 but on that date since the Presiding Officer was on leave, the same could not be disposed of.
In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the said application expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
