Heard Mr. Indal Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. The principal prayer made in the writ petition reads thus:
“i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to comply with direction dated 07.12.2016 passed by the Hon'ble Court in P.I.L. Civil No. 28276 of 2016 within stipulated time from the command of this Hon'ble Court.”
On bare perusal of the prayer, it is clear that a fresh PIL for such a relief is not maintainable. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
