Presently the disclosures of facts does not inspire any confidence. As is evident from the communication dated 14 January 2017, the petitioner was entitled to receive pension only till he had attained the age of 25 years. The Court further notes that apart from the petitioner, the deceased government servant is also survived by two brothers of the petitioner. Presently, there is no material on the record to indicate that they have issued or submitted any no objection in favour of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time to supplement. Include in the list of fresh cases of 14 March 2019.
