Heard Sri Sumit Kumar Srivastava, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.
The petitioner, who is the complainant, has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondent no.2 to carry out the investigation of F.I.R. No. 228 of 2020, under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Maheshganj, District Pratapgarh.
Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions, has submits that during the course of investigation, sufficient credible and incriminating evidence has been found against the accused persons, therefore, a charge-sheet has been prepared and submitted the same to the Court concerned.
In view of the statement of the learned AGA, the writ petition is disposed of.
