JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vishnu Chandra Gupta,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the registration order of the O.P. No. 5 dated 4.2.2002 passed by O.P. No. 2 contained as Annexure No. 4 to the writ petition.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in case the petitioner files representation before the authority concerned, the same shall be heard and disposed of in terms of existing policy.
With this direction, this petition is disposed of.
