The present Civil Application has been filed by the Applicants for condonation of delay of 192 days caused in filing the aforesaid First (Stamp) Number 3007 of 2011 on the grounds stated in the Application.

Though served, no one has remained present for the Opponent.
In view of the grounds mentioned about the time consumed in getting the necessary approval and contacting the lawyer, sufficient cause is made out. The present Civil Application therefore deserves to be allowed in light of the settled legal position laying down the guidelines with regard to the approach in such matters, including the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in case of (2005) 3 SCC 752, AIR 2000 SC 2306 and AIR 1996 SC 1623, and accordingly stands allowed. Rule is made absolute.
