JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P3 order of the sole Arbitrator. No writ petition is maintainable against the the order passed by the Arbitrator. The petitioner submits that based on the order, the vehicle has been seized. The petitioner has an alternate remedy to challenge the arbitration order.
With that liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
