This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 27 of 2012 of Shamshabad Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district, for alleged offences under section 447, 427, 506 IPC and section 3 (1) (x) of SC/ST [POA] Act, 1989.
2. On 10/7/2014 none appeared for the petitioners and the matter was directed to be listed on 16/7/2014 under the caption “for dismissal”.
