ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to adjourn the meeting proposed to be conducted on 22.08.2014 by the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society at Mathmalla village in Yellareddy Mandal of Nizamabad District pursuant to the notice dated 5.8.2014 in File No.634/2014-C given by Petitioners Nos. 1 to 6 and Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 till the whereabouts of respondents 4 and 5 are known to the petitioners.
This Court vide order dated 21.08.2014 granted interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to notice dated 5.8.2014 proposing to conduct No Confidence Motion against third respondent on the ground that respondent Nos. 4 and 5 were kidnapped and pursuant to the same, a criminal case is registered.
Now it is stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that Respondents 4 and 5 are traced out and therefore nothing survives in the Writ Petition for adjudication.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is made clear that the second respondent shall proceed further with the No Confidence Motion moved against the third respondent in accordance with law.
As a sequel to closure of the Writ Petition, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
