Paschim vs Tansukhbhai

It is not in dispute as submitted by learned Advocates for the parties that the basis of the suit now no more exists in view of the subsequent events which have taken place and keeping it open for the aggrieved person - plaintiff to take remedy in accordance with law.

Even the order dated 14.09.2011 impugned in this petition will also not survive and accordingly, the petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier stands vacated.
