The present Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay caused in filing the First Appeal on the grounds stated in the application inter alia the time was consumed in processing the papers and according sanction, which has resulted into this delay.
Heard learned counsel, Mr.S.P. Hasurkar for the applicants. Though served, no one appears for the respondent.
Therefore, having regard to the facts and circumstances, sufficient cause can be said to have been made out for condonation of the delay. It is well accepted by catena of judicial pronouncements that pragmatic approach has to be adopted in such cases regarding condonation of delay.
The delay is condoned. The application stands disposed of as allowed. Rule is made absolute.
