The present Civil Application has been filed by the applicant - original to substitute / amend the names and description of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 in view of the change of circumstances as stated in the application.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed. The prayer in terms of paragraph No.3(a) is granted. Learned advocate for the applicant is directed to substitute / amend the names of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 in the cause title of the First Appeal. Learned advocate for the applicant shall carry out the necessary amendment within a week.
