Heard learned advocate for the applicants. Stay of execution of the impugned judgment and decree is granted on condition that the applicants deposit the entire decretal amount with proportionate costs and interest with the trial court within a period of four weeks from today. On the said deposit being made, 30% of the said amount is directed to be disbursed to the original claimants after due verification by account payee cheque. Rest of the amount shall be invested in a cumulative fixed deposit initially for a period of three years and same shall be continued till disposal of the first appeal. Periodical interest accruing on the said investment shall be paid to the claimants. With the above, this Civil Application stands disposed of. In case of difficulty, parties are at liberty to approach.
