The present Civil Application has been filed for the stay of operation of the impugned judgment and award.
Heard learned counsel, Mr.Dipak Dave for the applicant and learned counsel, Mr.H.N. Brahmbhatt for the respondent.
As it is stated in this application that out of total amount of Rs.6,35,302/-, opponent-original claimants have been permitted to withdraw part of the amount and, therefore, no further disbursement can be allowed.
Hence, the present Civil Application stands allowed. Prayer in terms of Para No.6(B) is granted. Ad-interim relief granted earlier is confirmed till final disposal of the above First Appeal. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
