By order dated 29.10.2012, passed in Civil Application No.10596 of 2012, this Court permitted the applicant/petitioner to amend the cause-title of the petition, bringing respondent No.3 as legal heir of respondent No.2, who died on 29.07.2004. Hence, as respondent No.3 represents respondent No.2, Registry shall not show the endorsement to the effect that respondent No.2 has not been served, as the said respondent has died.
