It is submitted that the well reasoned finding based on appreciation of material on record about no legal right accrued in favour of the plaintifftenant for getting electricity connection against outstanding dues of Rs.6,38,719.85 pending against the landlord Trust consumer, came to be set at naught without any justifiable reason by the lower appellate court and, therefore, the impugned order dated 30.4.2012 passed by the learned 3rd Additional District Judge, Jamangar, in Civil Misc. Appeal No.12 of 2010, deserves to be quashed and set aside.
