JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the filing of W.P.C.No.29281 of 2013, there is no necessity to proceed with the aforesaid writ petition. Hence the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the said writ petition with liberty to prosecute W.P.C.No.29281 of 2013.
Hence this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
