This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.2 is not passing any order on the stay application filed by the petitioner in the appeal filed by him against the proceeding in Rc.J/1414/2014, dated 18-10-2014, issued by respondent No.3.
In the light of this innocuous grievance of the petitioner, respondent No.2 is directed to dispose of the appeal, stated to have been filed by the petitioner, within two months from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, WPMP.No.42071 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
