Pasabhai vs State

1. Heard Mr. Prajapati, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has requested for permission to withdraw the petition at this stage with a view to taking out appropriate proceedings in view of the subsequent advertisement which came to be issued during pendency of the proceedings before the Authority under the Act and allotment of fair price shop to new incumbent after the advertisement.

3. Permission as prayed for is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a view to enabling the petitioner to take out appropriate proceedings.
